Heavy Duty Metal Bed Frame. The King/Queen adjustable frame has 9 support legs and the Double/Twin adjustable frame has 6 support legs.  Frames are made of heavy duty steel, which is strong enough to support the weight of the waterbed. The frames contain both the headboard and footboard attachments, with the exception of the California King, which only has the headboard attachment. The 7 ½” high metal frame is easy to assemble.

Foundation fabric matches the fabric used in the mattress. All beds except the twin (single foundation) have split foundations for ease of transport. Split foundations are positioned side-by-side on the metal bed frame with the non-quilted fabric facing the center of the bed.  The foundation height is 8”. All foundations come with a Three year manufacturer’s warranty.

Low Watt Heater is 110/120 Volt, 120 Watt, with 32 gauge nickel/copper flexible circuitry.  Duals come with two heaters and a thermal divider.  The thermal divider is to be positioned between the two water bladders, as this keeps the heat from transferring between the bladders so each person can achieve their own temperature comfort level.  Heaters are installed on top of the foundation (but NOT on the crack where the splits meet).  Remember NOT to turn on your heater(s) until your water bladder or tubes are filled with water.  Also, remember to unplug the heater(s) before draining the water from your water bladder or tubes. Mattress is made up of a quilted enclosure shell, heavy duty foam rails, fitted safety liner and your choice of water holders.
 

Quilted Enclosure Shell has a removable mattress top, which has a moisture barrier on the underside. There are five enclosures to select from.

Heavy duty foam rails make getting into and out of the bed much easier then the old fashion wood framed waterbeds.  These rails also are the support mechanism to keep your water bladder’s rectangular shape.  Rails have a one year manufacturer’s warranty.

Fitted safety liner is there to contain the water if ever your water holder should spring a leak, thus keeping the waterbed components dry and free from damage.  The liner has a one year manufacturer’s warranty.
 

Your choice of water holders: (Bladders have a 5 year full warranty and a lifetime pro-rated manufacturer’s warranty.  Tubes have a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty.)

• Waveless tube set has a layer of fiber in each of the tubes to restrict the water’s motion by 50-70%.  A 3” comfort layer of foam is included to fill the enclosure’s cavity.

• Full motion tube set has no wave reduction as you just add water to each tube and you will feel all the water’s movement.  A 3” comfort layer of foam is included to fill the enclosure’s cavity.

• Full motion DUAL bladders includes two separate bladders that lay side-by-side in your enclosure’s cavity.  There is no wave reduction, thus, each half of the bladder will feel the movement from within that bladder.  Includes a thermal divider.

• Semi waveless DUAL bladders includes two separate bladders that lay side-by-side in your enclosure’s cavity.  Each bladder has three layers of fiber inside the bladder to restrict the water’s motion by about 70%.Includes a thermal divider.

One year supply of multipurpose water conditioner designed for your bed.

Fill and drain kit includes the adapters to use with your existing garden hose.  Remember to use a clean garden hose.

NOTE: The ideal way to drain your bed, if wave reduced, is to use an electric self-priming water pump.  When most of the water is extracted, then taking two people, start rolling the bladder from the head of the bed to the foot of the bed ensuring that you are keeping the fibers in place (much like rolling a carpet), when at the end you can fold in thirds and transport this way.  Do NOT lift the corners in an attempt to force the water to drain quicker as this may ruin your mattress.

Free shipping within the contiguous 48 states by means of a common freight carrier.  The dispatch office, for the common freight carrier, will call to schedule the delivery.  An adult must be present to accept the delivery.  The delivery is to your driveway ONLY!  You are responsible for bringing the merchandise into your home and for setting up the merchandise.  Instructions are included and we are available 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. EST at 1-800-883-8828 if you should need assistance with the instructions.  Be sure to count the number of boxes to make sure the number matches the number on the bill of lading, presented by the driver, for your signing.  If a discrepancy, mark the number received and call us at 1-800-883-8828 to report the missing merchandise.  Also, you are to inspect the packaging to see if visible damage has taken place during transit.  Again, if visible damage, refuse the shipment and call us at 1-800-883-8828 so that we can get your merchandise manufactured and shipped and so that we can place a freight claim for the damaged merchandise.
